MAKAN : Omelette Dumplings

Egg Mixture
3 large of egg
1/3 tsp salt
dash of pepper
Filling/inti
100gm minced of meat ( can mix with chicken + prawn)
1 Tbsp of chopping onion
1 Tbsp of chopping carrot
1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch
1 Tbsp water
1/4 Tsp of salt
1/3 Tsp of sugar
dash of pepper
Step
1. beat the eggs with salt and pepper
2. mix together the filling together and divide into 10 portion and make it flat
3. heat wok for awhile and turn to low heat, put 1 tsp of oil
4. put 1 Chinese soup spoon of egg in the wok, no need to spread the egg because it naturally spread around.
5.after that put a portion of meat and fold the egg into half and cover the meat, gently press the egg with the back spatula.
6. fry until 2 sides are golden. dont increase the heat, stay with the same level all the time.
7. repeat the step until all the filling are used up.
